Wheelbarrows JPEG edited with RAW: I opened this JPEG in RAW to edit. I increased the blacks. I then decreased the oranges and Reds. I increased the blues and purples to bring out the blue wheelbarrows. I decreased the exposure and the brightness. I also increased the saturation to bring out more earthy tones and decreased the balance. I then added a flexible vignette and decreased the opacity slightly.

I have never used editing with RAW and it was kind of fun to do something new, but I couldn't figure out how to go back a step if I needed to. RAW allowed me to bring out vibrant colors and it was amazing the capabilities I had in these settings. It is nice to know there are so many ways to do non-destructive editing.

Great job on your camera raw edit! I love how you boosted the colors. How did you get the vignette to go all the way around the image? I haven't experimented I guess. Great job!
ReplyDeleteWow, that looks really great! I love the clarity and how the colors really stood out. I think this really captures your eye!
ReplyDeleteThe color looks 110% better after your raw edits. The red and blue on the tools looks so good.
ReplyDeleteWay cool. The colors are awesome and I guess I didn't know that you could do a vignette in camera raw. I guess I need to go back and look. Great job.
ReplyDeleteWow, I love this shot. The colors are so great and your editing made something so normal into something so cool! Great Job!
